ALMOST THERE

Bob said, "honey, this isn't just any Tribe game. It's the playoffs. The atmosphere at The Jake is going to be electric, like nothing you have ever experienced." He was right. It was one of the coolest things I've done.
It was the perfect night for baseball. The weather was extraordinary and the crowd was on fire. I was sitting right next to a Red Sox fan, but I didn't give him any shit. He was a teenager at the game with his dad (who was a Tribe fan). The only thing I asked him was why? He said he loves Manny, so I just left it alone.
The Tribe won 7-3. We only need one more win to get into the World Series.
This is exciting and I swear to you, everyone around here is in great moods. I'm not just talking about at the game. I'm talking about when I'm at the grocery store, or at the post office, people are nice. People are talking, smiling, it's like a different world and I love it. I can't get enough.
I'm a bit out-of-it today, completely exhausted from the night. So here's some pics from the game. The first is our boy Kenny Lofton, the next two were taken on the train ride home.
Go Tribe!

It looks like you had an incredible time! I am just a wee bit jealous. I think Tom and I are headed up to Cleveland the 10th of Nov. And we are staying at the Marriott at Key Center. So keep some time carved out so we can see you guys while we are up there!!
