BACK HOME

Beck, Dad, Bob & Timmy

Me & Dad

Donna passed away on Friday, March 7th in the early morning. We were all there with her and with Dad of course. She passed on but saved a few lives at the same time. She donated her organs and her kidneys have already been used.

It was obviously emotional but I am so thankful that we were able to be there for a week with Dad. I feel as though we all became closer as a family and Donna will now be watching over all of us. She will be so greatly missed.

Much needed relaxing walk on the ocean

We cried a lot but laughed a lot also. That is what Donna would have wanted. Her memorial service was Monday and it turned out so beautiful. A slide show, photos, flowers all adorned the rooms and so many people came to offer support and to say their goodbyes to such an amazing woman.

I had the honor of meeting two of Donna's best friends and I now consider them both friends of mine. They reminded me a lot of Donna and I enjoyed hearing stories about the times they spent with her.

Bob, Me & Timmy

Bob's sister Beck is still in Florida with Dad. They are both going to be driving to Cleveland this weekend. The kids are so excited to see Grandpa and I know they will put a smile on his face. Continue to pray for Dad during this difficult time.

Thanks to everyone back home who helped out so Bob and I were able to go. xoxo

I am sorry to hear about Bob's stepmom. I have been thinking of you and your family. I hope you are doing well. It may not be appropriate now, but the beach pictures are lovely.

I'm so sorry for your loss. The circle of life is an amazing journey and I think it's beautiful that Donna still lives on, not only in your hearts and memories, but in the lives she saved.

I love you!
