Special K Disaster

AHHHHH
Denny had his 18 month check up last week. Here's the stats: 33" in length and he weighs 28.5 lbs. He also got 2 shots and didn't even cry! What a boy! Doctor Evens said he's doing great.

Almost time for another haircut

It's about time to flip the calendar to December. I still can't believe it. Why is time going by so fast? My goal for the next week is to get a good picture of G&D for our X-mas cards this year. This will be no easy task. So if your card arrives late this year, that is why. Actually, I don't think we've sent cards for a couple years. Another something I'm working on.

Dancing Queen

I got a little angry at Grace last night. We were all hanging out in the living room, and I noticed one of our windows was covered in some thick, white stuff. After closer examination, I saw pieces of Special K cereal stuck all over the window also. This, I could care less about. But then I noticed that our wedding picture frame was covered in it also. So I grabbed the Windex and started cleaning everything. While I was cleaning off the frame, I saw that the photo had wet marks all over it, from the inside. Some of the milk had seeped into the frame. The parts that were still wet came off of the glass, but some areas were already dry and began to rip :(

Grace knew I was upset, and she told me that "Timmy did it." She blames everything on Uncle Timmy. So that part was kinda funny. Then she made it cute later in the night. She had a piece of paper and pen and was drawing in the other room. Then she came over to Bob and I and said "here guys, I made you a new wedding picture."

Bob and I didn't have a photographer at our wedding. It was one of the corners we cut, because we didn't have much money back then. That was probably pretty dumb, and it's the only thing I would have changed about that day. The picture that I had up in the living room was one that Bob's step-dad had taken and then enlarged it and framed it. It was such a beautiful picture. So I'm still pretty bummed.
