The Perfect Visit

Pizza time

Jen and D, my most favorite pic ever!

Our night with Jen, Pete and Willy was the best. We had lots of beers, ate some pizza, played wii, talked about all the crazy old times we've had and just had an all around good time. Grace, Dennis and Willy played like champs. Except for my boy who is in the "I'm not sharing ANYTHING" phase. The kids were so stinkin' adorable though, and I loved watching them interact with each other.

The one thing you always have to keep in mind when hanging with these guys is they like to f with you. You need to especially be aware if they are in your home. For example, this morning I opened up a kitchen cabinet and found an empty can of beer. Then when I looked on my calendar to see what was going on today, I saw someone wrote "Are You Ok?" That was the joke of the night last night. Jen must have asked Pete a dozen times "Are you Ok?" So by the end of the night, we were all asking each other that.
Then the real kicker I saw when I came downstairs this afternoon to use the compute. Our screen saver had been changed. How can I tactfully tell you what the new one is. Well, let's just say there is a man in a thong and some other contraption that I have no idea what it is. I'm sure I will find more Mehling memories throughout the weekend. Thanks for coming to visit guys. We had a blast.

Headlock for D

Today I am baby free. Bob's sister Dannie is in town from Colorado so G&D are having a sleepover with her, Grandma Debbie and Papa Joe. I am doing basically nothing and loving it. I have a couple small things left to do for the fundraiser tomorrow, but other than that, I'm relaxing. TGIF!

You are so lucky to have been able to spend time with the Mehling's. Old friends are the best. It looks like you had a blast, of course!

I love your family room, you are so lucky to have one. Good luck at the fundraiser and I can't wait to hear all about it.

Have a great weekend!
