IT'S A SIP OF WINE, IT'S SUMMERTIME

Pete, Beck, Tracy and Me

SWEET SUMMERTIME...

Beck and Me (I know I am going to get lots of shit for the cowboy hat)

We went down to the Muni lot at 2:30 on Saturday, ready for some tail-gateing. Our coolers were overflowin' with beers and we were ready to partay. It was a summer scene that would bring even non-country fans some serious excitement. The lot was full of cornhole, blow up pools, sand, tiki bars and music blaring! The best scene was a group of guys who rented a u-haul truck and had couches and recliners inside and outiside of it. I have never seen anything like this in my life, and it was hours before the concert even began.

Once inside Browns stadium, the energy was through the roof. We missed the first 2 performers, but saw Sugarland, Brooks and Dunn, and then Chesney. Chesney played for 2 hours, over 20 songs and all of his best ones. Uncle Kracker was there again this year, singing "When the Sun Goes Down" with Kenny and then they jammed out to another song together. It was unbeleievable and I am already looking forward to next summer's show.

Looks like a lot of fun. I just saw Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Taylor Swift this past week. Concerts are a great way to relax and enjoy the summer!

Looks like you had a great time. I am jealous, I haven't been to a concert in forever! And I love summertime concerts. Some of the best concerts I've seen were outdoors. Have a good week Papp(do you still get called that?!)
