Fathers Day Weekend

I truly don't think one day is enough to celebrate Dad. So as soon as Bob gets home from work today (actually his "golf outing,") were going to start Father's Day Weekend. 3 days is better than 1 for the kids and I to show our appreciation.
Extra bonus is Bob's dad and Donna are in town. So we get to spend fathers day weekend with them as well, which means so much to us.

I snapped this picture of the babies this morning watching a Kelly Clarkson video. They were both in Denny's room in serious play mode. The second the first note of her new song came on, they ran into the living room and stared at the TV, looking away only to get their grooves on. I don't know what it is about Clarkson's music, but as soon as any of her songs come on (TV or radio) Grace and Denny become absolutely enthralled. Grace knows the words to a bunch of her songs, and Denny gets happy feet whenever we hear her.

Thats's all for now. Tonight my mom is coming over to watch the kids so Bob and I can go out for a few hours. I promise to be more responsible than I was on Wednesday night :)

I am proud to say that I am a huge Kelly Clarkson fan. It seems embarassing, like when you were embarassed to say that you liked New Kids in the early 90's. Oh, well I like her and I'll tell all!
