We had a pretty chill weekend for once, and it was a welcome change. The kids are almost 100% healthy, so that's good news. Friday night was "movie night." We rented Fun With Dick & Jane and Rumor Has It. They were both pretty good flicks. Nothing to write home about, but definitely not a bad way to spend an evening.
Saturday we were supposed to go to a family party, but Grace threw up in the car on the wasy to the Home Depot, so we vetoed that idea. Instead we had our neighbors from both sides over for a fire, and our friends Jessica and Leo came over also. We had such a good time drinking beers and being pyros. There's nothing better than a bonfire on a cool summer night.
Today I'm crabby. I have a case of the "Monday's." But next week is July 4th and Bob is off Monday and Tuesday, so that is going to help me get through this week.
