Stupid Snots

Tuesday was the second day in a row that we had to spend inside. Denny is getting worse instead of better. Besides his runny nose and cough, he got hit with a really high fever. I called Dr. Evans and they said if he still has a fever this morning, we'll have to bring him in. It's 9:30 and he's still sleeping, so I don't know what his temp is. I just went in and checked on him and he doesn't feel too warm, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the fever broke. We have a big weekend coming up with Grandpa and Grandma Keeler coming in from Florida, so I'm praying my little bear gets better. I hate seeing him sick, but through it all, he keeps smiling. If I could be selfish for a second, the one nice thing for me is that Denny is being a snuggle bum. He rarely snuggles with me or Bob because he's such a force of energy, that he doesn't have time for snuggles. But I spent most of my day yesterday with him in my arms and his head on my chest.
Kudos to Grace who has gotten very little attention the past 24 hours. She is being so sweet and helpful. When I was at the store last night I bought her a new pair of shades because she's been so awesome.

Denny is up now, and his fever is down! He ate a big breakfast, and seems to be doing much better :)
